Our products do not contain trans-fat acids (partially hydrogenated shortening.)  We use premium organic wheat, milled locally, fresh whole eggs, separated in our kitchen, fresh creamery butter, pure heavy cream, Callebaut chocolate chips, chunks, bars and cocoa, fresh California fruits and nuts, sliced, diced, roasted in our kitchen.

We make our dough fresh daily, chilling it down before manually scooping it to your specifications.

Simply remove the number of scoops (cookies) you want for that day's baking.  It couldn't be any easier.
